Who needs it: Everyone learning a language at Parlez Vous...
When to return it: Before the start of program or tutoring.
CANCELLATION POLICY
for Tutoring:
Who needs it: Anyone doing tutoring, one-on-one or small group
When to return it: Must be received more than 48 hours before
scheduled session. Without this form, we can not schedule a time
for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
for ALL Programs:
Who needs it: Anyone taking a Parlez Vous Program, including the
12-week trimester classes
When to return it: Upon registration Credit Card
Authorization:
Who needs it: This is included in both Cancellation policies
When to return it: Deadlines change depending on tutoring/program/camp
you are registering for.
PARENTAL AGREEMENT:
Who needs it: Any participant being paid for by a
parent/guardian (Please note that the Parental Consent form is
on the bottom of the TA)
When to return it: Before the start of program or tutoring.
