Born into a multi-lingual English/Italian family, Rachael moved to Washington DC to attend George Washington University. Inspired by the multicultural aspects of the city, she received a degree in Psychology and French. Additionally, Rachael holds her VA certification for teaching French and is finishing a Masters in Education. A deep passion for languages and cultures led to the opening of Parlez Vous… in 2004 as a way of sharing these passions with others. While running and teaching at Parlez Vous, Rachael continued teaching French in the Fairfax County School District (Middle School and High School). Rachael is currently teaching at Walt Whitman Middle School. While Parlez Vous... will not be seeing students, the memories will live forever! Born and raised in Switzerland, Elisabeth was brought up multi-lingual.  Elisabeth holds BA in French and Secondary Education, as well as a Masters and Ph.D in Romance Languages (French and Italian) with a minor in German from Syracuse University.  Elisabeth is permanently certified to teach French and German Grades 8-12 in New York State were she taught for 10 years. Additionally, Elisabeth taught for 12 years at The American School In Switzerland (TASIS) in Lugano, located in the Italian part of Switzerland teaching ESL, French and German with 8 years as the ESL Department Chair. Prior to teaching at Parlez Vous, Elisabeth was Director of Education at Sanz School in Falls Church, VA. For the past three years, she have been tutoring adults in French, Italian and German at ParlezVous. She has become a big part of our family but hopes to continue by tutoring privately in the Old Town area.

Cameron Wyche is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina and began studying Spanish at age 12.  With a Masters degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, Cameron enjoys the cultural aspects of language learning.  She has traveled extensively in Mexico and Spain, and has spent time living in several European countries.  Cameron is confident that her knowledge of Spanish has helped her both personally and professionally, and she is eager to provide similar opportunities to her students.  Cameron has experience working and tutoring children of all ages at beginning and intermediate levels.
